What makes Jade Dragon Dice unique?
At Jade Dragon Dice, each set of dice is handmade with care and precision. We use a variety of inclusions, dyes, and glitters to create unique designs. Our dice are always fully cured, and we send them polished and inked unless otherwise specified, ensuring both beauty and durability. I highlight any known flaws, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes! It really depends on how much I currently have on my plate. Reach out at ask@jadedragondice.com and we’ll talk!

The set I want is sold out. Can I get one like it?
Every dice set is unique, due to the nature of resin. I can attempt to recreate past sets, but environmental variables always affect outcome. Reach out, and if the stars are aligned we can talk about a custom order.

What is your return policy?
Custom orders are not returnable. All other sets are returnable within 30 days; buyer is responsible for return shipping and returns are subject to a %10 restocking fee. Please contact us prior to returning your product for instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Find our full return policy on our shipping and returns page.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary based on order volume, but we aim to ship orders within 5-7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping is free within the USA for orders over $50 (which basically means that I do not ship add-ons for free).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping rates and times will vary based on the destination. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs incurred by international purchases, including but not limited to import tax, customs clearance, Value Added Tax (VAT) or a General Sales Tax (GST), or carriers fees. Jade Dragon Dice typically ships through USPS, which is then transferred to the buyer’s local mail delivery; please reach out if your needs differ.

I have worked to make sure that shipping and taxes are accurate; if you have concerns please contact me either via our contact page or email us directly at ask@jadedragondice.com. Note that I do not ship to all countries; if your country is unavailable it may be an oversight, but it may simply be because of mechanics (e.g. I do not have a LUCID registration and do not currently ship to Germany).

Are they Balanced?!
Yes, our dice are balanced! We use professional equipment and techniques to ensure minimal air pockets. Any clear spots in our dice are filled with clear resin, and the inks, dyes, glitters, and inclusions we use do not have significantly different densities from clear resin. Yes, dice with blanks are balanced. Yes, liquid cores are balanced. Handmade dice tend to be more balanced than mass-produced store-bought dice and are more than suitable for casual gaming

But seriously, how do you know they’re balanced?!
Because I used a Craftsman model 1019 laboratory edition Signature Series torque wrench. The kind used by Caltech high-energy physicists and NASA engineers.

Jokes and movie quotes aside, I guess you just have to believe me. Not only are they balanced, but any minor imbalances or imperfections are more than offset by the inconsistency of the throwing surface, the angle that they’re thrown, and the force that they’re thrown. Generally speaking, it’s the air pockets in dice that throw balance off, rather than the dice being actually weighted. Air pockets are commonly found in mass produced dice because of the way they are manufactured.

Can I purchase gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed through our website. I have several different amounts available and can add a different amount if you need.

What other products do you offer besides dice?
In addition to our handmade resin dice, we may also offer jewelry, stickers, dice boxes, and other related accessories to enhance your gaming experience.
