Shipping Policy

 

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only):
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but Jade Dragon Dice is not responsible for shipping delays.

 

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only):
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
  • Processing Time: Expedited Shipping applies to the mail handler, not Jade Dragon Dice. We strive to get orders out in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee shipping dates. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Expedited shipping times vary based on the selected option.

 

International Shipping:
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Varies by destination, usually 10-15 business days.
  • Availability: International shipping is not available in all areas.
  • Additional Costs: The buyer is responsible for any additional costs incurred by international purchases, including but not limited to import tax, customs clearance, Value Added Tax (VAT) or a General Sales Tax (GST), or carriers fees. Jade Dragon Dice typically ships through USPS, which is then transferred to the buyer’s local mail delivery; please reach out if your needs differ.

 

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Damaged or Defective items:

We make every effort to insure that you get a great product. However, in the case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at returns@jadedragondice.com within 7 days, so that we can make things right.

 

General Returns:
  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for items returned that are free of defects or errors.
  • Process: Please contact us prior to initiating a return to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.

 

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please contact us at returns@jadedragondice.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond with return authorization and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided in our return instructions.

 

Additional Information

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@yourbusinessname.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee if applicable.
